For Hair Mask:
1. Add 2 spoons spice train amla powder to 100 ml of water to make a paste.
2. Apply the paste from root to tip.
3. Leave it on for at least 1 hr.
4.Rinse it off with a mild ayurvedic shampoo.

For Face Mask:
1. Add 2 spoons spice train amla powder to 100 ml of water to make a paste.
2. Apply it to your face.
3. Leave it on for at least 45 minutes.
4. Rinse it off with normal water.
